Tools

The solution

This service design project focuses on enhancing workplace experience by mapping, analyzing, and optimizing user journeys across various roles and functions. Through a detailed examination of current processes, user interactions, and IT capabilities, the project identifies key areas for improvement and proposes solutions to streamline workflows. The outcome is a set of actionable recommendations aimed at simplifying processes, reducing friction points, and supporting a more cohesive and effective workplace environment for more than 1000 employees.

The challenge

high number of tools
lack of documentation/limited access to info
fragmented processes

The project began with an analysis of the client’s workplace processes, as no documentation of existing workflows was available. However, the team integrated strategic insights from the client’s future-oriented documents, which outlined plans for tool decommissioning and upcoming system integrations. This approach ensured that the proposed solutions would support a straightforward transition, minimizing disruption as new tools are adopted and legacy systems phased out.
